Company Guidelines 2a gives guidelines on how to draft a project application for support under the Danida Private Sector Development Programme. Firstly, an explanatory outline of the support possibilities under the project phase is presented, these include support for technical assistance and training, environmental measures, cost of establishment, export promotion, adaptation of technology, an introductory cultural seminar, fighting HIV/AIDS, promoting workers’ and human rights, measures for equal rights and women’s living conditions. Secondly, the demands for the contents of the project description, including the demands for the commercial basis, the mode of co-operation, the need for training and technical assistance as well as the environmental and developmental aspects of the project. Finally, the rules for application, pledge of support, reporting and reimbursement are outlined. Forms for application and reimbursement are enclosed in the appendix section.
